I am familiar with FIDIC and the Australian Standards Conditions of Contract and have used these as a basis to resolve contractual claims. In addition to the above, I also have experience in earthworks, claims resolution, tendering, scheduling, measurement, survey, commissioning, community liaison, structural work, environmental approvals and materials testing. Contracts I handled from inception to completion have been successful. I’ve taken over and turned around a number of contracts that were well progressed, but in a bad state as far as schedule, cost and design was concerned. I am resourceful when it comes to problem solving.
