He was also an assistant attorney general for the State of Minnesota, focusing on litigation and administrative law matters involving health plans, health care facilities and health care providers. Jack is a frequent lecturer on health law matters and has served as an adjunct professor of health law at William Mitchell College of Law. He has been named frequently among The Best Lawyers in America in the area of health care law.
