This strategy allowed MEET to implement best practices and grow to 212MM in sales and over 42MM in EBITDA in 2019. In 2020, MEET was sold to the parent company of eHarmony in a 500MM cash deal. Prior to joining MEET, John worked as an M&A banker at JP Morgan (1992 – 2005) where he was responsible for the bank’s Latin America Industrials practice, based in both New York and São Paulo. John earned a bachelor’s degree in history at Stanford University and an MBA at Harvard Business School.
