My English was also got a lot of improvement during comunicating with Globe PD. 2005.10-2007.3 In charge of NOKIA another E series phone Mg-alloy,Al-alloy parts and Metal parts developing.The developing exprience of my last project have been well used in this project, and the difference between My-alloy and Al-alloy gave us a lot of trouble, I learnt a lot during this period and of course got all problems well solved. The first case for our company, PVD+anti-fingerprint has been used in this project,we got some problems but we got them solved, and also we got a lot of experience from this project. 2007.4-2008.5 In charge of NOKIA Navigator phone molding parts，window IMD+CNC developing. For IMD window peel off issue,by using DOE investigation,we found the root cause,push our supplier admit their fault and paid for the defalt parts. And support other fellow solving the Al-alloy anodizing + high glossy CNC problem. Due to my good work performance, company plan to send me to support Finland team, but it was stopped during to economy crisis. 2008.6-2010.5 Lead a team to develop NOKIA E series phone.Together with my team members,give a key advise to NOKIA designer, solve the A Cover Assembly problem (failled in SPR test), and make sure this project is suitable for mass production. Nokia has lauched this phone a month ago, and this phone will be put into market soon. Specialties: Project management
