With that back ground I accepted the new vacancy as a Quality assurance leader in Sweco Industry in the beginning of the year 2018 and I have no regrets. The journey so far has taught me understanding the business and the decission making begind it better and I am eager to learn more. With my good personal management skills combined with analytical skills and knowledge of the human nature I believe we can make a change for better co-operation within our company in leaner way. Through systematic quality auditing, quality control and quality improvements together with the strengthened team of auditors we have been able to change the mindset from mandatory and stressful auditions to providing quality assurance services for management and especially projects' demand.
