Joel Dies is a I am a programmer by heart. My father bought me Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 when I was just 13 years old, and ever since then I have tried to learn as much about everything programming I could. I have done a variety of odd jobs that have touched on my skills, but nothing really has put the web skills that I have learned to good use. I have very exceptional problem solving skills and that I have never ran across a problem that I could not solve and it has shown time and time again. It has been said that most professionals do not have the knowledge of HTML and CSS that I do. I attribute that to my drive and passion of all programming. When it comes to web programming, It does not matter how much server side scripting you know, because in the end, HTML CSS and Javascript is what the end user is going to see. That does not mean that server side scripting is any less important. I do have a lot to contribute to any project because I am considered a jack of all trades and what I do not know I tend to pickup and learn very fast. My specialties are creating code to be cross browser compatible without the need of external style sheets or special code as well as fluid layouts. I work well with others, and I am very easy going and fun. I want to stay in the Dallas Texas area if possible. Specialties: Frontend Web Developing, UI/UX
