I have ran a successful music business for over 15 years, teaching children and adults of all ages and skill levels musical instrument lessons. Along with that, I was able to branch off and successfully manage various music groups and artists for a regional management company for over 10 years. I was also in 2 different national rock bands for over 15 years, that toured the country multiple times, as well as being signed to various independent record deals. This allowed me to participate in major tours, consistent radio airplay, meet with record label executives from Geffen, Interscope, Universal and Epic to name a few, along with having the opportunity to work with marketing personnel representing some of the top acts in music. Shortly after my last band broke up, I decided that I wanted to go back to school and finish my business degree that I started over 15 years ago. At the same time, I started a new career in the corporate world. Success has followed me once again with school and my newest occupation. In a little over 2 years at Capital One, I am a 8-time Roar Award winner, which acknowledges top 5% of my department, which consists of over 150 agents, spanning multiple states. I am also the first recipient in my department of the Platinum Roar Award. This is given out to an agent who wins 4 consecutive Roar awards in a calendar year. In 2014, My Quality Assurance rating was ranked number 1 in my department and I was the only agent to receive a 100% score in Customer Satisfaction scores. I currently have maintained a 3.54 GPA since going back to school and will be graduating with my Associate's Degree in Management this December and due to my previous schooling, also starting my Senior year for my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Wilmington University in January 2018
