My role involves dealing with members on an individual basis who wish to join us directly. I also link in with brokers to quote for their individual members based around the world. And I am also tasked with quoting for and presenting policies to SME's who are looking for the best possible cover for their employees. I work, again with our panel of brokers, but also directly with smaller SME's who are expanding into new markets and who are entering the world of international health insurance for the first time and need confidence in not only the product, but also the team they are working with. Once policies are set up I assist with the onboarding and welcoming of the members and then pass over to the retention team who will manage all mid-year enquires.
