Nursing - I have 20+ years of direct and related clinical experience, both inpatient and community health.: - I am currently serving in the role of interdisciplinary clinical educator and Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) program coordinator at the Cleveland VA. - Served as assistant nursing manager in ambulatory care with the Cleveland VA. - Served a PACT RN Care Manager with the Cleveland VA. -Served as an Oncology RN Care Coordinator at the Cleveland Clinic. - Served as a Palliative and Hospice Care Manager with the Cleveland Clinic. - Served as a RN Community Care Coordinator and Facility Business Liaison with Cleveland VNA. - Served as an ICU nurse with the U.S. Army. -Served as a Cardiac Step-Down nurse with the Cleveland Clinic. -Served as a MED-SURG Nurse with the Cleveland Clinic.
