With acquistion of Merrill Lynch shortly thereafter, I was well positioned to help my clients access various debt markets along with our IB advisory team in the tough years of the financial crisis. I served as a Regional Vice President / Senior Banker for Wells beginnig in 2016, covering companies in San Diego, Orange and South LA Counties with EBITDA in excess of 50MM, working acorss the bank's platform. In 2019, I joined Bank of the West to turn around their 3B OC banking business. I believe that there are three main underpinnings that account for the relative outcome for corporate banking clients: Strong relationships / mutual trust with thier banker; banker's knowledge / experience / ability deliver; and the Bank's desire / ability to perform.
