I led the market research effort by looking at market demands, competitor capabilities, and located market gaps. I gathered customer input and documented requirements. I created the user stories, backlog items, interfaced with cross-functional teams, and guided the product through the SCRUM process to a successful launch. Today, PayGo's product portfolio includes a market-leading utility PrePay solution, a cash payment solution that now offers over 80,000 cash payment locations to utility customers around the county, and a full-billing CIS system. As the Chief Technology Officer, I spearheaded the technology services programs at PayGo with a focus on innovation and excellence. I oversaw the design, planning, procurement, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to ensure that PayGo remained at the forefront of the industry. As a result of my leadership and guidance, PayGo emerged as the country's largest Smart Meter based PrePay company, setting new standards for the industry.
