I'm currently a Risk Manager at Amazon in Munich, Germany. In this role, I managed and resolved high-impact incidents and escalations, drafting and presenting in-depth document responses to senior executives (VP & SVP). I collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive actions and document their impact.
