As a HR specialist, I had the opportunity to find members and expand the lavito team. I helped employees to get on-board, train them, transfer the knowledge, care for communication and was responsible for other employees matters. I worked closely with business and was dealing with various non-HR projects.DocPlanner is an online healthcare platform enabling patients to find local physicians online and book appointments. They also help doctors to better manage their practice and build their online reputation. As a junior recruiter I was helping employees join the DocPlanner and get them on-board. I was also involved in additional activities.Circle K (before April 1, 2016: Statoil Fuel & Retail Polska) has been present on the Polish market since 1992 and operates a network of 350 fuel stations throughout Poland. This network includes flagship own stations, stations of the economic segment and franchise stations. As an intern in HR department I was supporting HR Business Partners in their activities regarding recruitment (working independently with managers), trainings, workshops, CMS, surveys, internal portal content creation, organization of corporate event and some more.As a junior specialist for e-commerce I was responsible for the campaigns placing on the company's website.- Coordinating the issue of HR administration and payroll, i.e. hiring personnel on temporary employment and civil contracts, validating timesheets and ensuring the correctness of wages payments, bonuses, allowances, creating annexes to contracts, termination of contracts, etc. - Settlement of national and foreign delegations - Issuing sales invoices - Create summaries and reports in MS Excel.
