I am an accounting and finance leader looking for my next leadership role. I am hardworking, goal driven, and most of all, resilient. I opened my introduction with that partial quote because it resonates with my approach to my career and life. Yes, sometimes, I too wish it were easier, all of it. But if it were how would anyone grow and earn the thrill of overcoming challenges? I have grown to love the everyday dilemmas being in an engaged environment brings because it challenges me to continue to level up and provides the thrill of striving to make BETTER. BETTER processes, BETTER reporting, BETTER business relationships, and a BETTER understanding of who I am and how my skills can bring success to any organization regardless of the marketplace it plays in. My aim is to not only continue to work to BETTER as an individual, but also lead a team to work cohesively and independently toward short- and long-term goals with BETTER at the heart of what we do. I have worked to make things BETTER in all types of environments, public and private, small local companies, and multinational businesses. My skill set is dynamic in that I have held roles in demand planning, operations, marketing administration and finance, and corporate accounting. In these roles project management has been a prevalent part of the execution. Here is a short list of projects that I have had the opportunity to lead or to participate in as a representative of my area of expertise. •Led project for additional capacity, production, and container builds for early spring production to avoid steel tariff threats out of European Union (EU) with a total build and ship of an est. 30M •Represented Corporate Accounting to integrate treasury module to SAP ERP system, resulting in cost reduction of 10+ direct hours per month My goal is to put my tenacity and leadership talents to work for BETTER in your organization as a Controller, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or Cost Accounting Manager role.
