Before that, I spent over three years as a client-facing and technical analyst at Novus Partners. In that time, I worked directly with hedge fund and institutional clients, managed the workflow of team members, developed an internal training program, and with developers and product managers debugged and improved the product. Over time, my focus shifted toward programming and product development - I was most interested in working to improve our product, and loved spending time developing and maintaining internal tools.
