After Governor Ritter, he was acting Deputy Director for Governor Hickenlooper’s Energy Office responsible for strategy and advocacy for the Governor’s energy agenda. Prior to his work at the Governor’s office, he lobbied on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies across the political spectrum in the retail, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Jim is a registered lobbyist in several states and the District of Columbia. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Montana.
