Responsible for all aspects of the success of Coronado Manor and its best interest for the property owners. The property became a low-income tax credit section 42 complex, so I learned all the paper work for that process and processed all current tenants to approve them to live onsite. While converting to tax credit, the whole complex was going through a 200-million-dollar renovation which I assisted a big part of my daily time to assisting the owners and contractors that were onsite daily. Plus, all the normal tasks that an onsite manager must do.
