As the co-founder of EnPerSo I am proud to combine my love of travel, my values for environmental sustainability, personal wellness and social responsibility and my business expertise to help multiple companies and individuals make an impact via their travel programs. At EnPerSo, our mission is to make 1000 company’s travel programs carbon neutral by 2025. As a company designed by frequent travellers for business travellers, employee wellness and productivity is at our core. Positively contributing to the communities we work in and travel to is key to our mantra of doing business travel differently. As an advocate of doing things ‘the EnPerSo Way’, I have lived and breathed these philosophies throughout my career, striving to create balance, purpose, equality and fun in all the businesses I have ran. I have over twenty years travel industry experience, including eight years leading and growing national corporate and leisure brands in the UK and Australia for FCTG. I have acted as a management consultant across various international travel brands and continue to mentor a number of individuals across the globe. Outside of work, I love anything which keeps me active and outdoors, wherever I am in the world. I am a keen runner with six marathons and a couple of triathlons under my belt and if I’m not pounding the pavement, you’ll likely find me up a mountain or in the ocean.
