Analyzing, reporting and creating major incident ticket with correct information and details for multiple users across agencies. Specialization when it comes from Root cause analysis. Coordinate with the necessary teams to attend to an incident with all actions, information documented properly and timely. Escalate when issues are not getting resolved to L3. As of the moment, I'm currently a Service Desk Engineer specializing virtual infrastructure and server utilization, which includes prioritizing P1 to P4 tickets directly assigned to the support engineers. Proficient on determining python services for restart procedure by initializing proper powershell command scripts.
