Experience and skills include: • Direct experience in successfully overcoming cultural and change barriers to ensure organisational performance: - BBC wide SAP project - reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, developed and implemented a team effectiveness programme (for 200 consultants, contractors and BBC employees) to end culture of project failure and ensure achievement of critical implementation date • Experienced Programme and Change Manager: - Victoria's Secret Stores, U.S.A.: worked closely with CEO and senior executives to provide coordination and risk management of multiple concurrent IT implementations. Implemented new organisation structure and developed communication and training programme to ensure successful change to new ways of working • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experienced communicator and facilitator both on a one to one level and in public forums • Demonstrable expertise in cross-cultural theory and research: - Dissertation '"On the Internet no one knows you are a dog" - Is communication in a virtual business environment culturally neutral?'
