The Advice Skills Academy is an ESF funded partnership project. As a Link Worker I co-ordinate the learning and development activity of our staff and volunteers within a positive learning environment. Previous to this I have worked in Barclays Bank for 31 years progressing my career through various roles. I have been a Business Manager for my last 17 years there and enjoyed the challenges which the role brought. I enjoyed working with my clients, with a view to helping them grow and develop their business, whether it be by general banking services, funding requirements, or a more bespoke banking service tailored to their individual needs
