Jenny Fan is a 👋 I’m Jenny, a digital product designer (10+ years experience) with a lot of side projects. ✨ 👩🏻💻 Currently Product Design Lead for Palantir’s GeoUX group, leading a design team for a 600mm ARR world-class geospatial analysis product. 👩🏻🏫 I also teach a Product Design Studio at NYU in the spring semesters and do some design advising for start-ups. 👩🎓 I’ve also published social computing papers on democratic legitimacy for social media, been a Disinformation fellow at Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center and TED, and co-built an interdisciplinary research community for studying digital governance (Metagov). 👩🏻🎨 My career has been focused on: - Designing for complex sociotechnical systems - Building tools (interfaces that help other people in turn build amazing things) - Exploring art in the age of mechanical (algorithmic) reproduction Portfolio: www.jennyfan.com Full project list: https://read.cv/jennyfan.
