I now support DEI implementation, engagement, and education at an AmLaw 100 firm with 30 offices nationwide. At Elon University School of Law, I provided holistic professional development and support services to law students and graduates. In addition to providing 1:1 career coaching and group programming, I taught professional development in the Lawyering, Leadership & Professionalism Program, managed Elon Law's pro bono program, and co-managed the law school's DEI programming. I continue to serve as a mentor/coach to graduates studying for the bar examination. While living in Dallas, I built a successful practice primarily representing professional service providers. In addition to developing my own business, I was selected six times by my peers as a "Rising Star" (Best Lawyers Under 40) in Super Lawyers/Texas Monthly.
