Jennifer is also a certified PSYCHE-K facilitator specializing in helping people identify and change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that they would like to change. After noticing that she was one of way too few women of color in the wellness industry, she founded Soul Abode, with the mission of helping women - especially women of color and underserved communities – to learn how to activate wellbeing into their day to day life in the hopes that the billion-dollar wellness industries of the future will feature more diversity and include women of color in the wellness conversation. Jennifer balances many roles, but by far, Jennifer’s favorite and most important job is a mom and grandmommy. She lives in Dallas with her dog Maximus.
