In addition to teaching instructional design part time in the fully distance Communication and Educational Technology Masters program at the University of Arizona, South, I'm looking forward to returning to my passion for working with faculty looking for both time-tested and proven instructional strategies and effective uses of new technologies. As an expert on student ratings of instruction in formative and summative evaluation, I am also available to consult with faculty who are concerned that a misuse of student ratings in performance appraisal may have adversely affected their compensation, promotion or career opportunities. I welcome inquiries for postsecondary education programs seeking the services of an external evaluator. I am registered with the National Science Foundation as an educational program evaluator and have also directed Title IX funded evaluation projects. I am an experienced survey researcher with extensive experience in both paper-based and online survey methods.
