I am a systems thinker with experience leading and working with global, cross functional teams. This experience spans over 15 years of helping federal senior leaders develop and deploy technology in counter-terrorism, counterinsurgency, and cybersecurity efforts. I can dive deep into data and help customers see the big picture to translate that data into business value. My guidance has resulted in the creation of new products, new programs, and new business units (three federal organizations) charged with leading the development of emerging technology: U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Army Futures Command, and the Defense Innovation Board. I have served on several federal task forces, been the technical lead for a DoD CIO working group, provided technical and strategic guidance to the U.S. Army Science and Technology Master Plan, the U.S. Army Campaign Plan, and developed proposals for National Security efforts. I have guided the establishment of a PMO for a Fortune 500 company. And as a DevOps Engineer helped deploy advanced technology globally for DARPA. As a project lead I created and led development of various services and products. I have an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences (Biology + Chemistry), a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, graduate work in Medical Sciences, Genetics, Microbiology, Neuroscience, and Pathobiology, and a Juris Doctor. I am licensed with the DC bar.
