From 2002 – 2010 she was at first the Director of Development & Marketing for Turtle Bay Music School in Manhattan before being promoted to Executive Director, a position she served from 2005 – 2010. Her career in arts administration was built on a series of roles in organizations such as Young Audiences/New York, The Center for Arts Education in Manhattan, Chorus America; the service organization for choruses across North America, Pennsylvania Ballet, and The Philadelphia Orchestra. Her experiences in North America and China have given her a broad and unique perspective of the field of music and arts education as well as a deep appreciation for the wide range of people and professionals who make a vibrant cultural sector possible.
