Through observation, coaching and adhoc support, I support the team by providing a personalised support service to agreed standards to Students, identifying suitable employment opportunities, improving the Student skills and employability to place them into suitable training and/or employment. My role is responsible for effectively implementing the REED NCFE philosophy to the highest standards of service for Students, Employers and the Partner College. My key responsibilities are: > Identify new business opportunities and convert into vacancies effectively > Promote and raise awareness of the entire range of benefits that are brought to the table by both REED NCFE and the partner college > Identify other employer-led business opportunities > Maximise on repeat business and develop the existing account base > Pitch and sell REED NCFE as the partner of choice within Blackpool & the Fylde College > Build and maintain relationships with relevant college staff through telephone contact, visits and newsletters as appropriate, to ensure enlisting of learners to the programme > Develop and manage a learner’s job goals using creative techniques and deep level questioning, to assist with tailoring the tutoring they receive to progress them > Motivate, encourage and empower learners, identify barriers, job goals and social training requirements > Develop the learner's job search strategy and skills through coaching in internet job searching, CV creation, interview techniques and identification of job-related quantifiable skills > Conduct group work with learners, delivering workshops in an engaging way >Carry out three-way reviews, with the learner and the Tutor following Job Search and Interview Skills Course intervention, to ensure outcomes are embedded and captured. Travel counsellors is a global travel company with over 1300 homeworkers Worldwide. My role as a recruitment executive involved processing online applications, telephone interviews, face to face interviews, which involved presenting Travel Counsellors technology and marketing material. I seen the whole recruitment journey through until the start of the Candidates induction. I was also involved on the training and business development side and enjoyed keeping the relationships with all candidates that became Travel Counsellors. My role also involved being involved in the marketing side to increase the response to people wanting to join Travel Counsellors.
