Jennifer Bolland Email & Phone Number | I entered the crazy and wonderful world of promotional marketing in 1995 with OWNCO. Change is a constant in this industry and over the years saw the company bought and sold by Boise Cascade Office Products, Office Max and American Identity. With new companies come new systems and new opportunities. It was a fantastic way to learn and grow in such a diverse industry. American Identity eventually moved everything back to their KC headquarters and a new opportunity came my way. Boise Cascade wanted to start their own direct Import Department and create their own proprietary brand. The impact of that department in 3 short years garnered enough attention that corporate mandated it be based out the headquarters in Chicago. A Pacific NW gal through and through I declined the offer to move and came to the realization that working with only office products made me miss the hectic pace of the promotional industry. I moved to Identity Matters a much more intimate environment, but still that same close-knit bond that exists in the industry - with co-workers that understood through and through the value of relationships and service. As co-owner at Identity Matters we merged with the Kinetic Group in 2008 and were acquired by Inspired Results in 2018 where those same values are at the core of our operations.
