Sales, Product, Dev Ops, Finance, Support and Prof. Services • Experience onboarding new Support and Success Manager staff, which includes mentoring, coaching, and training • Analytical problem solver that can troubleshoot issues, document bugs and test Releases & Enhancement • Outstanding written and verbal communications with an expertise in process creation and documentation
