MSSQL T-SQL, Excel, Xtraction, and Power BI Previously I have: - Been contracted to one of our enterprise customers as an IT Business Analyst supporting various IT Service Delivery and IT Systems initiatives. - Provided support and mentoring to a small group of Information Systems students completing the University of Auckland INFOSYS 345 business project course with Datacom in 2014 for a proof-of-concept Service Desk Mobility initiative. Previous engagements have also included: - Systems Requirements Gathering and Validation - Database Design & Development (MSSQL) - Web/Mobile Solution Design (.NET, HTML5) In terms of education, I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) majoring in Information Systems from the University of Auckland in 2012. I was half-way through a Postgraduate Diploma of Commerce (PGDipCom) in Information Systems at the University of Auckland whilst finishing remainder of my BCom but instead shifting focus to obtaining real-world, commercial experience. Areas of interest include: - End User Compute, Mobile Computing, and BYOD Management - Process Workflows, Process Automation, and End User Self-Service - System Integration - Information Security and Access Management - Database Management, Business Intelligence, and AI - High-level understanding of technical domains, including MSSQL, Windows Server, and Networking
