Controlling Responsibilities : For 12 plants prepared the (statutory) annual reports under IFRS and US GAAP (balance sheet, P&L, other comprehensive income, cash flow statements and notes), consolidation of multiple entities, analysis of quarterly/monthly reports (performances/variances/trends/comparison), budgeting and forecasting and discuss quarterly/monthly reports with plant controllers. Successful implemented improvement for Treasury (project). Audit Responsibilities: Manage internal audits, optimize resources of staff and discuss audit findings with Business Process Owners, Board of Directors and Supervisory board. Advise senior management how to improve company processes to reach the objectives. Tutor audit staff in the areas of accounting and auditing. Improve the enterprise risk management system.
