As Special Agent, I was assigned work in the area's of External Crimes Investigations, Internal Investigations, and Security Audits. My case work identified numerous criminal and administrative violations committed against the US Postal Service, postal employees and their postal customers that were investigated and presented to the appropriate authorities for corrective actions. During my assignment in New Jersey, I worked in our Fraud Investigations Unit where my focus was on developing complex fraud investigations involving Mail Fraud, White Collar and Financial Crimes. During which time I had worked jointly with other investigative Agents, federal and state Prosecutors, and outside authorities developing cases and relationships that lead to successful results. My investigations included work developing evidence that lead to the successful prosecution and conviction of individuals involved in a multi-million dollar “Ponzi” investment scheme; government fraud tax scheme; health care fraud; retail company employee embezzlement and identity theft schemes.
