Over the next 8 years gained experience working on a plethora of conditions: treatment focus was on work-related postural conditions that come with long hours in front of a computer, also motor vehicle accidents and sports injuries. Treatment shifted focus from upper body to lower body issues, dealing with runners, triathletes, and professional tennis players in town for the Vancouver open, which is held every year at Hollyburn. Moved to Harrison Hot Springs and worked at the world famous Harrison Hot Springs resort. Learned the art of relaxation treatments and also encountered diverse and unique conditions from clients from around the globe. Part-time instructor in the Massage Therapy program at Sprott Shaw College located in Abbotsford. This developed an acumen for communicating the finer points of massage therapy while learning the perspectives of those who are new to the field of massage and health care in general. Earned a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Thompson River University. Since returning to London has become Owner/Operator of 3 Massage Addict clinics and an Instructor at Fanshawe College in the Massage Therapy program.
