As a leader on immigration policy at the state level, I conceived of and drafted a working outline for the Massachusetts Global Entrepreneur in Residence Program in 2014. The program has been adopted by two Massachusetts governors as part of a plan to assist the best and brightest foreign nationals who come to Massachusetts universities in remaining in-state to thrive as entrepreneurs and create jobs. I also serves as the chair of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Refugees and Immigrants. I am a frequent speaker on business immigration law at national conferences and at universities across the United States.
