After 20 years of industrial and operational experiences, more than a half in automotive, and since then in the rail industry, I intend either to take a group or large site operations leadership role, or to use my background in a challenging project position. Most of my assignments were in project management and new developments, providing me a solid international culture. I am fluent in French, English and Spanish, and lived in 5 different countries, worked amongst 18, travelled across more than 30. This path exposed me to a broad variety of processes, technologies and products, together with a complete set of operational methodologies and tools, including lean manufacturing. It allowed me as well to interface with the entire disciplines of the company, notably through large greenfield projects I led from the first day as the operations’ leader. These projects encompassed notably, but not limited to, operational and large contracts strategy, interface with customers, participation in a variety of M&A projects, for partnership or external growth, Make or Buy approaches and associated Business Cases, CapEx management, IP contracts, etc… As a continuity, I led the operational geneses of a new JV, including the group largest site’s construction project (1000+ employees), associated local team hiring and training through a comprehensive Transfer of Technology program, and the whole required local industrialization, equipment procurement and installation.
