I am currently employed as a Tier 3 NOC Engineer for Masergy. Troubleshooting problems from the Masergy Cloud to the customer edge. My strengths include routing, switching, firewalls, telecommunication competency, and problem solving skills. I am currently looking to expand my knowledge and and experience in network operations and use those skills to benefit both my company and myself.
