Covid-19 had given lot of opportunities to relook at the status quo in Retail FX industry and was fortunate that I was part of the central core team building strategies to counter the Covid impact & also executing the plans. This included, -Relooking at Retail FX Customer journey end to end, post Covid -Building Digital interface capability for customers to be served at comfort of their home -Building a B2B Tool, industry 1st, enabling Channel to sell FX products digitally -Enabling stores to take payments thru PG, -Building the largest FX Contact Centre from scratch, 30 member team -Document Mgmt.System,enabling storing KYC&Txn. docs. digitally, to facilitate seamless audits -Roadmap for Digital marketing-building traffic & leads thru SEM & SEO activities. Building Brand/Category positioning, #India ka Forex specialist #gharpeforex, Study Buddy, Grand Forex Festival. As a project lead or co-lead have had wide exposure in each of the domains-to build strategy, execute plans & increase adoption of digital tools internally & with customer/partners. As a Business Manager, have core competence to build Retail FX portfolio & Bank Notes business and driving efficiency in the revenue streams of each of the portfolio. Have managed the business where the mandate is to achieve Retail FX topline, maintain healthy margins, building strategy for customer segments -Students, Leisure, Emigrants, B2B partners, etc., and promote sales of Forex Prepaid Card In Bank Notes business - apart from the Topline, have exposure in managing key domains like margin efficiency of the portfolio, Control measures, Import of currencies, Cash Management, Cost of funds, to name a few. Additionally, have the experience of building Retail FX Call Centre. Building digital marketing plans - Organic & Paid for lead generation. Have been able to make the Forex Call Centre EBIT positive, which is a record of its kind.
