I also work with leaders and engagement teams on regulatory and quality matters, helping them keep pace with the latest regulatory trends, audit standards, technology and best practices to help enhance their audits. For the last 11 years, I’ve driven the development of EY’s policies, procedures and support structures that guide EY’s Professional Practice and Assurance leadership in the improvement and monitoring of audit quality initiatives. Before taking on my position as a global leader, I served first as an auditor on some of EY’s most prominent audits. I also enjoy helping our communities and have served on boards of local charitable organizations that help those communities. Outside the office, I enjoy golf, cars and most of all, spending time with my wife Cindy and my two daughters.
