I started teaching myself everything related to fitness, nutrition, well-being and physical performance since the age of twelve back in my hometown Colombia. I have taken several courses and attended many seminars, however, from what I have learned the most is from my experience as both, as a former bodybuilder champion and as a full-time personal trainer. I learned a lot as I tried to take my body to the competition levels when I was a bodybuilder. I had to find out how to manipulate not just my nutrition intake but training intensity, frequency, exercise volume including how many repetitions and the amount of weight required to achieve the level of muscularity that allowed me to share the stage with other like-minded athletes. This process was one of the major factors in acquiring the experience to, later on, become a Personal Trainer and teach others that may not want to compete on a bodybuilding stage but to battle against bad nutritional habits and lack of physical exercise. Today I continue to learn and improve my skills as I work with my clients. I continuously search for specifics ways to deliver results to each of my customers on an individual basis. I have helped many people to change and empower their lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle. My end goal is to give them the tools to live a healthier life and enable them to manage stress as they pursue their career goals.
