Evaluating repossessed trucks from top to bottom, assisting in decision making concerning reconditioning (and whether or not to wholesale or retail), setting prices, cultivating wholesale customers, working with the individual Arrow branches to facilitate sales, marketing and advertising, processing the necessary paperwork for financed deals to come to fruition, filing and pursuing physical damage and warranty claims, managing auctions, maintaining a strong knowledge of values in the wholesale market, and wringing as much value out of each repossessed unit to mitigate losses, have given me a strong knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, operations, sales, marketing, and process management. On the personal side, spirituality, family, my wife, my sons, my endurance training, my mental health advocacy, reading and learning, movies, the Chiefs, and my career are my passions. Grateful for all the good things in life, and for the trials and tribulations that have made me a better person and deepened my spirituality.
