I started out doing rentals before I received my license. Once licensed I started doing sales, then broke into acquisitions and then transitioned into the role of manager. The company grew from 6 associates in a single office to having offices in Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and Tampa. Through hard work and determination, I have become the VP of Sales for the entire company. In late 2015 we completely altered the company model with the vision of aggressive expansion. We rebranded ourselves as Property Force and moved all our offices into one hub in the middle of Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, FL. We are leveraging technology, innovative thinking, streamlined processes and a proven system to disrupt the investment real estate market and expand the company as quickly as possible. Meridian Trust Investments is in the past now and Property Force is the future, we are reinventing real estate every day. As the VP of Sales, my main focus is to grow the sales team in quantity and quality. Processes, systems and technology are all extremely important, but PEOPLE hold the advantage. Having the right people in the right place and doing the right functions are crucial to success. We strive to create a company culture and environment that is like no other.
