As a Team Lead I am in charge of dispatching and managing work flow for a group of VW technicians. While working at Gebhardt, I decided to rejoin the bicycle industry with my own bicycle business (Ordinary Bicycle), providing high-level service to the underserved cycling enthusiasts of the Boulder-Denver corridor. With several high-end brands and extremely personalized service, I have developed a strong following of core clients which grows with every season and event. Specialties: High end road and mountain bike knowledge (sales and technical) and retail compassion. Late-model VW diagnostic and electrical repair. Sales and customer service that go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Additional training: Continual education in online business classes have helped me grow to a higher level of knowledge and understanding of the business world.
