Fast forward to about 20 years later, I have gained a tremendous amount of experience throughout my career. During my time as a Customer Service and/or Default Management Leader I utilized strong management skills to coach, empower, and assist employees in career pathing and personal and professional development. I assisted in implementing initiatives, goal setting, and revenue enhancements. I also implemented action plans and processes to increase overall efficiencies and to assist in greater revenue generation for organizations. My specialties include team building, coaching, mentoring, communication, procedure development, and project management. As of today, I am an Implementation Team Manager within Corporate Payment Systems at U.S. Bank. I lead a team of Implementation Project Mangers for Corporate Cards. I started my journey with this amazing organization in May 2016. I have had the ability to learn and grow within the company from day one and look forward to many more opportunities to come. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. My wife and I welcomed our first child, Lucas to the world in July 2021. We really enjoy taking road trips and being outdoors experiencing nature. I am also a huge sports fan and follow all the Minnesota sports teams with the Twins and Vikings being my favorites. SKOL!
