I believe my training, experience, and proven ability in the workforce over the past several years will allow me to succeed in the CAD drafting position with your company and to also help your company take care of its customers properly. I have extensive knowledge of researching and troubleshooting customer issues and concerns, which can help me serve your customers better. In my former work as a Support Technician for a large school district, I configured and deployed new hardware and trained employees on new equipment. I also provided on-site support for teachers and office personnel to stay up and running, but also used remote access to take over their computers to look for and identify problems. Through these tasks, I have developed excellent in person and telephone communication skills that help me to understand customer’s concerns and the ability to address them properly. I have found that being a computer technician required not only great analytical abilities but also the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with others. I got along with my co-workers and am very patient in helping others to understand technical knowledge. I treat everyone with courtesy and respect. In my current position, I am able to quickly develop a strong rapport with each customer and I have received a 98% customer support approval rating.
