From beginning of 2000 I joined Finn-Power as a startup engineer and worked for Finn-Power over 10 years. Starting from laser system installation startup projects and final years as a global service specialist. For Finn-Power I was working as a service specialist involved global service training and support in tough customer cases and issues. Ending with wide experience from laser cutting technology, automation storage systems and working with international customers. You would say that deeply technical way of thinking and problem solving mindset has always been an great asset on my work life. 2011 - 2020 I have been working as a test engineer of Vacon R&D (Danfoss Drives). Main tasks verification, validation and hybridization projects. 2021 - I have join Danfoss Drives Electrification team as Electrification Leader. My main tasks on this position is to be Grid Code VR (Validation Responsible) and Scrum Master of Grid Code Team. I'm also have been acting as Grid Code test laboratory development engineer and Project Manager of Grid Code test laboratories. Lately I have also taken responsibility of PO (Product Owner) on grid connected hybridization modules. Combined with work I'm also studying masters degree at Lappeenranta technical university (LUT).
