With the desire to make isolation and social distancing during COVID a positive experience, I launched my podcast #jamsessions2020 -then celebrating 43 years as a therapist-documenting my work from inception- day#1 as a Marriage and Family therapist. I returned to full-time practise after a part time hiatus-providing essential caregiving to parents, 92 and 96- who both passed away within five months of each other in 2020. I rose to be an advocate and mediator for the aged, and love working with seniors as a result. “You are never to old to be the change you want to see and live!” The Long standing joy of my practise is helping couple, family and business systems make workable choices, impacting & changing their lives, deepening intimacy, committment and effectiveness in communication & conflict My focus is on reconciliation, reconstruction, restoration, rejuvenation -living life in new & intentional ways. Clients dig into their systemic roots to understand repetitive generational themes, trauma, legacies, unearthing life changing truths. Businesses do the same to create working environments of choice not default! After 45 years , I am an impact person, a connector and an evolving expert to thousands! l balance "behind closed doors, “very serious work" with fundraising and events through my company "Funraising", a division of J.A.Murray Consultants. (Private Corporate Clients only at this time). My other longstanding passion: I support other entrepreneurs in global business development- building teams of like minded people- who create dynamic businesses.
