A key to the success of the franchise, is the experience the managing partner Tom Champ brings with his 20 years of cooperate experience in the Insurance Industry, as well as his experience as a leader in oil and gas later in his career. Many ask us, why would we make such a change of industries? Tom, as well as my wife and I saw something unique in water restoration, at a time others saw something unique in the plumbing industry. We found God's timing was awesome, to bring integrity and value to an industry in need of balance in our market. With the training facility and instructors provided by the ServiceMaster cooperate offices, we are now able to provide employees top notch skills training and occupational licensing, that we could not provide our great employees in the plumbing industry; governed by an apprenticeship law dating all the way back to 1955.
