He has been recognized for successful criminal investigations against violent gangs. He also received the combat cross award for involvement in a Police shooting. He has also trained Law Enforcement Officers from Northern Ireland, Australia and Nicaragua. Trained the Nicaraguan National Police regarding (2010) Management and Supervision training as well as Community Policing with emphasis on CPTED principles. Coordinated International Coalition including private sector to counter Nigerian Scammers , regarding crimes against Americans which resulted in the United States Secret Service indictment of six Nigerians. .
