James has previously been the Processing Centre Manager, Dunedin office, Land Information New Zealand, responsible for the processing of land title and cadastral survey transactions using the world leading Landonline application. Academically James completed the ANZSOG Executive Master Public Administration programme in 2006/07 and holds Law and Arts degrees from the University of Otago.
